Role Overview:

We seeking a skilled and experienced Mitratech TeamConnect Developer to work on clients legal technology solutions. This role focuses on developing, customizing, and managing TeamConnect applications to enhance operational efficiency within clients legal and compliance divisions. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet high standards of performance and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Development and Customization: Design, develop, and implement solutions within Mitratech TeamConnect, including creating and maintaining custom modules.
  
• Integration: Manage integrations between TeamConnect and client's other enterprise systems using APIs.
  
• Technical Support: Provide technical troubleshooting and support for end-users, resolving issues to ensure uninterrupted workflow.
  
• Collaboration: Liaise with clients legal, compliance, and IT teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  
• Documentation & Compliance: Create comprehensive documentation for all custom solutions and ensure adherence to clients security and privacy standards.
  
• Innovation & Optimization: Proactively identify areas for enhancement within TeamConnect and explore opportunities to streamline processes.
  

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Mitratech TeamConnect development, with a proven track record of implementing, customizing, and supporting TeamConnect.
  

Technical Proficiency:

• Strong skills in Java, JavaScript, SQL, XML, and experience with TeamConnect Reporting Framework.
  
• Familiarity with enterprise software architecture and integration of third-party APIs.
  
• Problem-Solving & Analysis: Ability to assess complex business challenges and create innovative, efficient solutions.
  
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience in engaging with stakeholders across departments.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with enterprise legal management (ELM) and familiarity with the needs of legal operations.
  
• Understanding of data security and compliance standards in legal tech environments.
  
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies is a plus.
