Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Associate with experience in international sales, particularly within the APAC region. The ideal candidate will excel at building strong customer relationships, identifying opportunities, and closing deals through strategic outreach and exceptional communication skills.Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation and Prospecting:
  • Research and identify potential customers in the APAC region.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Sales and Business Development:
  • Engage prospects through cold calling, emails, and virtual meetings.
  • Understand client needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Close sales deals and achieve or exceed assigned targets.
  • Account Management:
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Regularly update clients on product features, benefits, and updates.
  • Market Insights and Strategy:
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities in the APAC region.
  • Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams to refine strategies.
  • CRM Management:
  • Update and maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities in the CRM system.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer support, and product development, to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in inside sales or telesales, focusing on international markets, especially APAC.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English; knowledge of any APAC regional language is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques and negotiation strategies.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
