Dy. Regional Manager / Regional Sales Manager

Role & responsibilities:

1.Market Research:

• Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, industry trends,and competitive landscape in the MEP, HVAC, Insulation, PEB sector.
• Analyze market demands and customer needs to tailor business developmentstrategies accordingly.

2.Lead Generation and Prospecting:

• Generate leads through various channels, including networking, research, industryevents, online platforms, and referrals.
• Initiate and manage the prospecting process to identify potential clients and find theproject through Builders, Architechs, MEP / HVAC / PEB Consultants.

3.Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding theirneeds and ensuring satisfaction with our MEP, HVAC, Insulation, PEB services.
• Develop relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in target organizations.

4.Proposal Development:

• Prepare comprehensive and persuasive proposals in response to client requirements.
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure proposals align with the technicalcapabilities and standards of our MEP, HVAC, Insulation, PEB services.

5.Sales and Revenue Generation:

• Achieve and exceed sales targets for MEP, HVAC, Insulation, PEB projects and services.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and market sharein the MEP, HVAC, Insulation, PEB industry.

6.Contract Negotiation:

• Lead contract negotiations with clients, ensuring favourable terms for both parties.
• Collaborate with legal and finance teams to finalize contracts and agreements.

7.Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams:

• Work closely with engineering, project management, and other cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide market insights and feedback to internal teams for continuous improvement.
