Sales Responsibilities:
- Drive Go-direct and new product sales to achieve targets and stimulate business growth.
- Assist the local Linde team in securing Linde and rental orders.
Market Development:
- Identify and develop untapped markets to expand business opportunities.
Channel Partner Development:
- Foster relationships with channel partners to enhance sales performance.
- Conduct training sessions for dealers to optimize workforce efficiency.
Receivables Management:
- Oversee receivables from dealers and customers to ensure timely collections.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Strengthen customer relationships to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Provide monthly reports on branch operations, market trends, and competitor activities.
Business Development & Brand Awareness:
- Elevate sales and brand visibility within the respective area.
Preferred candidate profile
Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. - Demonstrated success in sales management. - Proficient in communication, leadership, analysis, and problem-solving. - Capable of excelling under pressure and meeting deadlines. Experience: - Minimum 7 years in sales, with experience in the Material Handling equipment industry considered a plus. Skills: - Skilled in negotiation, deal closure, and cultivating enduring client connections.
