Business Development/Sales Delhi @ Motor Mfg MNC- Third-Party Payroll

Dear Candidate,

We are hiring for : Position for Sales Personnel at RRX on Third Party Payroll.

Designation: Engineer/Executive- Sales Or Senior Engineer/Sr. Executive Sales (final basis his evaluation).

Reports to: Manager Sales North India.

Profile: Individual Contributor

Area to be Covered: Delhi/NCR

Number of Distributors/Sub-distributors/Direct & Indirect OEMs: 30-50nos.

Scale of Business to be Achieved: ₹5-10 Crores

Products to Sell: 1-phase electric motors, AC & DC

Job Profile:

• Achieve sales targets by visiting potential customers, dealers/distributors, Direct & Indirect OEMs, etc.
• Ensure disciplined & timely service to channel partners, settlement of schemes, and maintaining required stock levels.
• Responsible for achieving sales targets and increasing market share.
• Accountability for 100% receivables collection, margin growth, and new business generation.
• Contribute to New product development as customer interface.

Qualifications:

• Preferably BE/B.Tech or Diploma in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics).
• Non-B.Tech/Non-Diploma BSc or BCom graduates with relevant experience will also be considered.

Experience:

• Minimum of 4 years in core field sales.
• Selling experience of any of the following products: 1-phase electric motors…AC & DC, general-purpose motors, HVAC application motors, air cooler motors, switchgear, geared motors, gearboxes, pumps, small pumps, FHP motors, agri pumps, electric motors or pumps.

CTC (Compensation):

Up to ₹8 Lakhs + Incentives. The salary offered will depend on the candidate's last drawn salary, education, experience, competency, and evaluation during the interview.
