Job Title: Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager Direct Sourcing

Company: Regal Rexnord Corporation (US-based motor manufacturing company)

Location: DLF Model Town, Sector 11, Faridabad, Haryana 121006 (1 Km from Bata Chowk Metro Station)

Experience: 7 to 9 Years

Working Days: 5 Days a Week

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the supply chain for imports of direct parts such as sheet metal parts, aluminum die casting, lead wires & harness, plastic & rubber parts.
• Possess hands-on experience with ERP software (ORACLE/SAP).

Major Responsibilities:

• Make direct purchases from approved suppliers for sheet metal parts, aluminum die casting, springs, fasteners, enameled wires, lead wires & harness, plastic & rubber parts, especially imports.
• Maintain optimized inventory levels.
• Ensure material requirement planning runs as per the weekly plan and communicate accordingly to suppliers for both imports and local suppliers.
• Prepare purchase plans and provide monthly schedules to vendors.
• Interact with vendors regarding troubleshooting and improving quality in components. Arrange corrective actions from suppliers.
• Improve vendors' quality systems for items through vendor audits and monitoring vendor ratings.
• Plan and procure components to ensure continuous supplies at optimum levels.
• Monitor and implement engineering changes. Maintain documents and data as per ISO 9001:2002.

Experience: Minimum 7 to 9 Years

Salary: As per market standards. The salary offered will depend on the candidate's last drawn salary, education, experience, competency, and evaluation during the interview.
