Position 1: Production - Tool Room Department

Job Profile: Responsible for day-to-day tool room work, progressive tools maintenance, new tool development/procurement, generating MIS, and handling press shop production.

1. Safe operation in the tool room.
2. Hands-on experience in Sheet Metal & Die Maintenance.
3. Tool spare parts & Inventory Management.
4. Tool design, modification & new tool development.
5. Readiness with tools as per production plan.
6. Coordinate with Lamination production.
7. Quality control of punched lamination.
8. Process Improvement through tool customization.

Education: Tool Room Diploma/Bachelor in Engineering.

Skills: Good in planning, quick executor, and performs in a time-bound manner.

Experience: Mandatory 3-8 years in tool room work with hands-on experience in progressive tool maintenance.

Position 2: Manufacturing Engineer

Job Profile:

1. Production Planning and Execution: Plan, schedule, and oversee daily motor winding production. Manage workflows and coordinate with the supply chain for materials.
2. Process Optimization: Improve productivity, reduce cycle times, and minimize waste. Introduce automation and advanced technologies.
3. Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with quality standards.
4. Team Management.
5. Maintenance and Troubleshooting.
6. Reporting and Documentation: Prepare production reports, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with audits and industry standards.

Education: BE/B-Tech in Mechanical/Electrical.

Experience: Minimum 2+ years.

Salary: As per market standards. The salary offered will depend on the candidate's last drawn salary, education, experience, competency, and evaluation during the interview.
