As an IT Sales Development Repersentative, you will be responsible for driving the sales process for our IT services. You will work with a wide range of clients, identify business needs, and offer tailored IT solutions to meet those needs. The role requires a blend of strong business acumen, technical understanding, and exceptional interpersonal skills to develop lasting relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet company sales targets and grow the client base.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify new business opportunities and target clients.
- Engage with potential clients to understand their IT needs and propose appropriate solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with company objectives.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term success.
- Provide post-sales support, ensuring client onboarding and success with the implemented IT solutions.
- Stay updated on the latest IT trends and products to effectively communicate value propositions.
Qualifications :
- MBA from a top-tier institution, preferably with a focus in Sales, Marketing, or Technology.
- Strong interest and knowledge in the IT industry, with an understanding of emerging technologies and solutions.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally.
- Exceptional sales skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients quickly.
- Strong negotiation, closing, and problem-solving abilities.
- Previous internship or work experience in sales or the technology industry is a plus.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
