We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Human Resources manager to lead our Human Resources department and drive the strategic HR initiatives for our growing IT organization.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing all aspects of HR in a similar sized organization, with a focus on talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and organizational development.
The Senior Human Resources manager will play a critical role in shaping our company culture and ensuring that we attract, retain, and develop top talent.
Responsibilities:.
Strategic HR Leadership:.
- Develop and execute the overall HR strategy in alignment with the company's business objectives.
- Provide strategic guidance to senior management on all HR-related matters.
- Lead the HR team in implementing HR programs and initiatives.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR.
Policy Development:.
- Design, implement, and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and company objectives.
- Ensure HR policies align with legal and regulatory requirements, mitigating risks and maintaining ethical practices.
- Conduct regular audits and updates of policies to ensure effectiveness and relevance to business needs.
Employee Engagement and Relations:.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives, such as surveys, recognition programs, and team-building activities.
Performance Management:.
- Design and implement a comprehensive performance management system that aligns individual goals with company objectives.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.
- Identify and address performance issues in a constructive manner.
Compensation and Benefits:.
- Develop and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
Organizational Development:.
- Identify and implement organizational development initiatives to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and employee morale.
- Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
HR Operations:.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the HR department, including payroll, benefits administration, and record-keeping.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to HR.
- Provide regular HR policy updates and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Prepare reports and insights for executive decision-making.
Qualifications:.
- Education:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master's degree preferred.
- Experience:- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in an IT organization of similar size (up to 500 employees).
Skills:.
Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.
Ability to lead organization transformation projects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to develop and implement effective HR programs and initiatives.
Solid problem-solving and analytical skills, sensitive to data and detail orientated.
Experience with HRIS,HRMS systems and other HR technologies.
