Job Description

The Sales Enablement Specialist will play a critical role in supporting our sales team by creating compelling marketing decks, writing statements of work (SOW), and ensuring our sales materials align with the high industry standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the supply chain industry and be adept at developing content that drives sales success.



Key Responsibilities:


• Marketing and Sales Pitch Deck Creation: Develop high-quality, visually appealing sales pitches and marketing decks that effectively communicate our value proposition and solutions to potential clients.


  • Statement of Work (SOW) Writing: Craft clear, concise, and detailed SOWs that outline project objectives, deliverables, timelines, and costs, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company capabilities.

  • Sales Support: Provide the sales team with the tools, resources, and content needed to engage prospects and close deals effectively.

  • Market Research: Conduct thorough research on industry trends, competitor strategies, and client needs to inform sales materials and methods.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, product, and executive teams to gather information, align on messaging, and ensure consistency across all sales enablement material. • Quality Assurance: Review and edit content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand standards and industry best practices.

  • Onboarding and Training: Support the onboarding and training of new sales team members by providing resources and guidance on using sales enablement materials effectively.

Qualifications and Skills Required:


  • Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales enablement or a related role within the supply chain industry or consulting firm.
  • Strong customer service mindset.
  • Excellent presentational skills with the ability to present using tools like PowerPoint or Keynote in a way that produces impactful presentations and gains engagement.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to create clear and compelling content
  • Strategic thinker that can take broad visions and concepts and develop pitch decks
  • Excellent project management skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to conduct thorough research and synthesize information effectively
  • Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal teams, and senior leadership.
  • Knowledge of supply chain industry trends and best practices
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and other sales enablement platforms.
  • Able to operate successfully in a lean, fast-paced organization,
