We're seeking a results-driven e-commerce manager to join our team. The person will lead our e-commerce operations and strategy and be a crucial team member in driving organisational growth in domestic and international ecommerce platforms. For this, he/she will manage our online store, optimise sales funnels, and work closely with various departments to ensure an exceptional online shopping experience.
Platform Operations
- Developing and executing e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and enhance the customer experience.
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, including product listings, pricing, promotions, pricing, order fulfilment, tracking returns and inventory management.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, logistics, and IT to ensure smooth e-commerce processes and listing of entire product portfolio.
- Monitoring and analysing key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, conversion rates, sales, and customer satisfaction.
- Implementing digital marketing initiatives, such as SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media, to drive traffic and sales.
- Optimising the website for user experience, including navigation, search functionality, and mobile responsiveness.
- Managing relationships market place partners / e-commerce platform like Flipkart, Amazon, Clicktec, Moglix, Industry buy etc.
- Analysing sales performance and customer behaviour to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Market and Category Analysis (Competitors analysis, market trends, Price Benchmarking)
New Partners Onboarding-
- New Partner registration (India and Global)
- Coordinate with various teams for Backend testing and onboarding new ecommerce partners
- Manage and create individual and bulk listing of new products on the e-commerce portals.
- Ensure that the catalogue contains accurate, comprehensive and high-quality product information campaigns..

Conversion Rate - % of visitors who make a purchase
Bounce Rate - % of users who leave without interaction
Page Load Speed - Impact on UX & retention
Customer Retention Rate - % of repeat buyers
Cart Abandonment Rate - % of shoppers who leave without purchasing.
- Master's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, IT, or a related field.
- 6-10 years of experience in Ecom Market Place
Strong understanding of online sales platforms (e.g., Flipkart, Amazon, Industry buy, Moglics etc) and digital marketing strategies.
- Expertise in digital marketing techniques, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
- Proficient in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and e-commerce tracking tools.
- Knowledge of UX/UI principles and how they impact online sales.
