Job Description:
We have a turnover of USD 1.10 billion, with more than 10,000 employees from 22 different nationalities. Our international business contributes to more than 50% of our turnover.
Position Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1) Ecommerce Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive ecommerce marketing strategies for Amazon and other online platforms to drive sales and enhance brand visibility.
2) Account Management: Manage relationships with key ecommerce partners (especially Amazon) to optimize listings, promotions, and brand presence.
3) Campaign Management: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including paid search, display advertising, and social media marketing to support product launches and drive conversions.
4) SEO and Content Optimization: Optimize Amazon product listings, ensuring they are fully optimized for search engines and are aligned with Amazon best practices for enhanced discoverability.
5) Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze ecommerce performance metrics (conversion rates, traffic, ROI, etc.), prepare actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize strategies.
6) Budgeting: Manage marketing budgets for ecommerce campaigns, ensuring cost efficiency and maximum return on investment (ROI).
7) Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with internal teams, including product development, supply chain, and design, to ensure a seamless ecommerce experience and effective product go-to-market plans.
8) Customer Insights: Analyze consumer behavior and trends to inform future product strategies and digital campaigns.
Qualifications:
1) 3+ years of experience in ecommerce marketing, preferably managing Amazon accounts.
2) Strong understanding of Amazon's ecosystem, including Vendor Central, Seller Central, and advertising platforms like Amazon DSP and AMS.
3) Proficient in digital marketing, SEO/SEM, content marketing, and paid media strategies.
4) Analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data and performance metrics.
5) Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
6) An MBA or equivalent business degree is required.
7) Experience in consumer goods or FMCG sector preferred.
8) Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
