Job Description
We are seeking a highly creative and experienced UI/UX Designer Consultant to help us deliver outstanding user experiences across our digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in designing intuitive and user-friendly interfaces while focusing on the overall user journey. As a consultant, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and business stakeholders, to design impactful and innovative solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define user requirements and ensure design solutions align with business objectives.
- Create user personas, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes for both web and mobile applications.
- Design and iterate on high-fidelity user interfaces while focusing on usability, accessibility, and responsiveness.
- Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to refine designs and enhance user experience.
- Ensure consistent visual design and brand identity across all platforms.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure seamless integration of designs into final products.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging design tools and technologies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience (5+ years) in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
- Expertise in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, and InVision.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and design thinking methodology.
- Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
