JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our Technology team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications, with expertise in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, and front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. This role requires a creative thinker who can collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless and accessible user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop intuitive, user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
Conduct user research, create wireframes, prototypes, and perform usability testing to optimize design solutions.
Ensure all designs adhere to WCAG accessibility standards and follow best practices in Material Design, Bootstrap, and Tailwind CSS.
Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback and evolving project requirements.

Required Skills and Qualification

Education: BTech or Graduate in a relevant field.
Total Experience: 7 years, with at least 5 years of experience in UI/UX design.
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, Material Design, and WCAG accessibility standards.
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript is an added advantage.
Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
