- This role is essential in managing and growing the PR function, catering to clients in Education, Human Resources, Tech, Healthcare, and FMCG sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Management:
- Stay informed about all clients, their business sectors, competitor landscapes, and relevant industry trends through continuous research.
- Participate in client brainstorming sessions, contributing informed insights and creative recommendations to enhance client value.
Content Creation:
- Lead the development of high-quality PR content, including status reports, campaign summaries, and other client communications with minimal oversight.
- Ensure all written communications meet the highest standards of clarity and effectiveness.
Media Relations:
- Develop and customize media lists tailored to client needs, fostering relationships with key media contacts to benefit client initiatives.
- Assist in the creation of press materials and support the organization of press events.
Social Media and Influencer Engagement:
- Stay updated on social media trends, building relationships with influencers and community contacts to optimize PR channels.
Business Development:
- Collaborate with senior team members to develop case studies and business proposals.
- Generate leads for PR, lead pitches, and craft compelling narratives for prospective clients.
Collaboration and Integrity:
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, demonstrating integrity and credibility while fostering trust through inclusive behavior.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Educational Qualifications:
- Graduate or postgraduate in any stream, with a professional qualification in public relations or marketing communication.
Experience:
- Minimum 5-6 years in reputable PR agencies, with experience handling clients in the Education sector and other well-regarded brands.
