We are seeking an experienced Solution Consultant to serve as the bridge between our customers and internal delivery teams. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and excellent communication skills to ensure seamless solution implementation and customer satisfaction. You will play a pivotal role in understanding customer requirements, designing tailored solutions, and collaborating with delivery teams to ensure successful execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Understand customer pain points, gather requirements, and define project objectives.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Solution Design:
Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to design customized solutions.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Develop solution proposals, including scope, timelines, and resource requirements.
Project Collaboration:
Work closely with the internal delivery team to ensure alignment on requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders.
Monitor project progress and address challenges proactively.
Technical Expertise:
Provide subject matter expertise on the company s offerings and solutions.
Assist in pre-sales activities, including presentations and demonstrations.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings.
Documentation & Reporting:
Prepare detailed project documentation, including functional specifications and user manuals.
Deliver regular status updates to internal and external stakeholders.
Maintain accurate records of project activities and client communications.
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or related field.
5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in IT services, data solutions, or enterprise software environments.
Strong understanding of Data Engineering, AI, Cloud Solutions, and Application Development domains.
Experience in project scoping, requirement gathering, and documentation.
Proven ability to interface effectively between technical teams and business stakeholders.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, and CRM platforms (eg, Salesforce).
