Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Technical Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, identifying, and hiring top technical talent across various domains. You will work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand technical requirements and ensure a seamless recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for technical roles such as Data Engineers, Data Scientists, Developers, and other IT positions.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, scheduling interviews, and coordinating feedback.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates using tools like LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and timelines.
- Conduct initial candidate assessments to ensure alignment with technical requirements and cultural fit.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive hiring practices.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in IT or technology-driven industries.
- Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and terminology (eg, Data Science, Cloud Technologies, Programming Languages).
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions and prioritize tasks effectively.
