Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic Telemarketing Trainer to train and develop our telemarketing team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, hands-on experience in telesales, and the ability to design and conduct training programs that enhance productivity, sales techniques, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver training programs for telemarketing executives on sales techniques, objection handling, and customer relationship management.
• Conduct onboarding training for new hires and refresher training for existing staff.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of telemarketing teams and provide coaching to improve conversion rates.
• Design call scripts, role-playing exercises, and case studies to enhance training effectiveness.
• Implement best practices for lead generation, customer engagement, and follow-up strategies.
• Work closely with team leaders to identify skill gaps and training needs.
• Keep the team updated on product knowledge, market trends, and compliance requirements.
• Track training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Telemarketing Trainer or similar role in telesales/customer service.
• Strong knowledge of telemarketing techniques, CRM tools, and call center operations.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and motivational skills.
• Ability to design training modules and conduct interactive sessions.
• Familiarity with sales performance metrics and call quality monitoring.
• Proficiency in MS Office and training tools.
