Working at this company has been an unsettling experience. The lack of improvement opportunities and poor work-life balance make it challenging. The corporate culture is toxic, fostering a negative environment. The management is arguably the worst I've encountered, with ineffective leadership and communication. It's disheartening towitness the disregard for employee well-being. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company to others seeking a positive and supportive work environment.
