CodeQuotient is looking for a passionate and experienced Soft Skills Trainer to join our team and empower individuals with the essential interpersonal and communication skills needed to excel in their careers.As a Soft Skill Trainer, you will design, deliver, and evaluate training programs that enhance the interpersonal skills, communication abilities, and emotional intelligence of individuals. You will develop customized content, and foster a positive learning environment that play a pivotal role in shaping the success of others.

In this role, you will:

- Develop and deliver engaging training modules that enhance key soft skills.
- Assess training needs to tailor programs to specific requirements.
- Create engaging training materials, including presentations, exercises, and handouts.
- Facilitate interactive workshops and training sessions, ensuring active participation and effective learning.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback/ assessments, and adjust content as needed.
- Equip individuals with practical tools and techniques to improve their interpersonal skills, confidence, and overall effectiveness.
- Provide actionable feedback to support continuous personal and professional development.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve training methods and materials.
