Academic Counsellor/ Admission Counsellor

CodeQuotient is seeking passionate and driven Academic/Admission Counsellors to join our dynamic team.As an Academic/Admission Counsellor, you will be responsible for guiding prospective students and parents through the admission process, providing them with information about academic programs, and assisting them in making informed decisions. Your role will involve student engagement, lead conversion, and ensuring a smooth admission process.
In this role, you will:
Counsel students and parents about academic programs, eligibility, and career prospects.
Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate and comprehensive information.
Guide students through the application, documentation, and admission process.
Follow up with potential students to ensure maximum conversions.
Collaborate with the marketing team for outreach and promotional activities.
Maintain and update student databases to track inquiries and admissions.
Organize and participate in admission events, open houses, and educational fairs.
Provide insights and suggestions to improve student experience and enrollment processes.
