Behavior and Leadership Trainer

Job Headline: Shradha HRD is hiring trainers to facilitate on behavioral and leadership competencies

Job Summary:  The candidate will be responsible for conducting in-person and virtual training, based on client needs

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver leadership, behaviour and soft skills learning interventions to cohorts at Shradha HRD client locations

* Ensure participants meet post training benchmarks set by the client
* Provide coaching and feedback to trainees to help them come up the learning curve 
* Maintain key MIS related to all the above activities & ensure 100% compliance on reports

Desired Candidate Profile

* Minimum 5 years of experience of delivering soft skills training and training on behavioral competencies

* Should have excellent communications skills and English language skills
* Must possess good facilitation skills 
* Proficiency with MS Office Excel, PowerPoint & Word 
* Good people management skills
