- Design and deliver soft skills training for Agents, focusing on communication skills, interpersonal skills, presentation skills, and teamwork.
- Develop curriculum materials and assessments to measure Agents progress.
- Provide individualized feedback to Agents on their performance improvement areas.
- Overall 3 years and 2 years as a Soft Skill Trainer
Desired Candidate Profile -
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
