Job Details-
Role & responsibilities
1. Effectiveness of brand campaigns
a. Deep involvement in designing & execution of ATL / BTL campaigns
b. Identify & implement clear metrics for evaluating spends on marketing
c. Constant communication with all internal & external stakeholders for the timely development and implementation of all actionable
d. Tracking and monitoring effectiveness of campaigns across mediums - planned vs executed
e. Suggest ideas, methods, remedial actions, course corrections on real time basis
f. Create a platform to constantly monitor the timely follow up of leads generated and provide feedback to the relevant teams
2. New ideas & collaborations for brand development
a. Supervise competitive landscape and make recommendations to improve effectiveness of brand campaigns
b. Initiate and drive new business collaborations & associations
c. Identification of new initiatives to enable achievement of identified goals
d. Suggest new impactful brand innovations and drive implementations
3. All Stakeholders - Constant Communication, Interaction & Updation
a. Regular contact & constant coordination with all stakeholders, PR & Marketing Team and all other relevant stakeholders
b. Share regular updates with stakeholders
c. Conduct fortnightly/monthly meetings with stakeholders for expectation management
4. MIS, Tracking, Vendors & Business Analysis
a. Complete control over the effective utilization of marketing budgets
b. Tracking & maintenance all marketing spends vs output
c. Interaction with new vendors, agencies to maintain vendor repository
d. Vendor Management Maintain VRFs, Tracking work progress, process bills, release payments etc
e. Tracking of leads, conversions
f. Development of presentations and reports at regular intervals for business analysis
5. Maintain Brand Salience across all touchpoints
a. Actively participate in assigning & giving feedback to all external and internal stakeholders assigned to develop brand collaterals
b. Ensure brand visibility across all touchpoints
c. Ensure brand fonts, visuals, messaging, creatives & compliances are in sync with the core brand values
6. Research & Analysis
a. To keep a tab on changing social media trends/landscape to help the Marketing team to align the communication plans accordingly.
b. Recommend and implement changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
