Job Description -

• Implementing the Mental Health Club in Colleges with the help of students in each college.
• Coordinating the Mental Health Club events as per the calendar.
• Visiting the colleges, working on the challenges to ensure continuity of the mental health club.
• Collecting data to analyse the impact on the mental health club, collaborating with the team, like creating feedback forms, surveys and compiling qualitative data like testimonials, art work, campaigns etc.
• Giving mocks and getting trained to deliver capacity building training.
• Delivering mental health sessions and training to the assigned target audience at the assigned location as per companys quality standards.
• Maintaining all the departmental & client reports on a timely basis.
• Collaborating across departmental verticals to execute the activities and making resources available to the students.
• Strong networking with college, institutes & universities to drive the collaboration for Mental Health.
• Collaborating with the Marketing, Designing & Admin Team for various required collaterals, creatives and social media presence.
• Actively reporting progress of each club while collating data across verticals.
• Planning the City-wise chapter of the club and support its execution.
