Role & responsibilities -

• Identifying and reaching out to potential clients through market research.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure long-term business growth.
• Creating and implementing effective sales strategies to meet revenue and profitability targets
• Researching market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
• Ability to negotiate deals and close successfully.
• Proficiency in analyzing market data and trends to make informed business decisions.
• Working closely with other departments, such as marketing and admission, to align strategies and achieve business goals,
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities to effectively interact with clients and team members.

Preferred candidate profile -

• This role is for female candidates. No male candidates should apply.
• Candidates from Education industry is preferred, with a PG/MBA in Marketing.
• Relevant experience with a proven track record in the same role would be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication skills with go getter attitude.
• Understanding & skills to build strong network of B2B institutional alliance
• Possessing Knowledge of Institutional Sales and proper utilization of channel Sales sources for getting desired Admission count.
• Freshers with the right attitude & skill sets will also be considered.
• Experience in School Management Software Applications would be preferred.
