Front Office Executive

Role & responsibilities -

• Handling all incoming Calls and responding in a nice and polished manner.
• Ensuring all incoming calls are being connected to the concerned person or concerned Department.
• Ensuring all persons physically coming to the Campus are being properly greeted and are being connected to the respective person.
• Handling all student queries whoever comes to the Front Office are being handled and if required are being connected to the respective person.
• Ensuring everyone whoever comes to the Front Office of the Campus physically or whoever calls up are being attended nicely.
• Ensuring each and every day whoever visits the company are being attended in a very nice mnner.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Need to possess good communication skills in English, Hindi and Bengali.
• Preference to be given to those who possess nice and sweet voice and pleasing personality.
• ONLY FEMALE CANDIDATES are requested to apply for this opening. MALE CANDIDATES ARE REQUESTED NOT TO APPLY.
• Need to very smart with good presence of mind with the acumen of understanding visitors requirement and urgency.
• Fresh passed out Graduate smart female candidates with a nice positive attitude and good temperament.
