Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire recruitment process, including understanding hiring needs, developing sourcing strategies, screening resumes, conducting interviews, managing candidate pipelines, and extending offers.
- Utilize various sourcing channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking events, social media, etc.) to identify and attract qualified technical candidates.
- Plan and execute recruitment events, including batch hiring drives, campus events, and other networking opportunities.
- Leverage prior event management experience from college fests or cultural events to create engaging and successful events.
- This includes handling logistics, vendor management, and candidate engagement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing a positive and professional candidate experience.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
- Effectively utilize our ATS to manage candidate data, track recruitment metrics, and generate reports.
- Maximize the use of LinkedIn Recruiter tools to source, engage, and manage candidates.
- Manage a high volume of requisitions and candidates, ensuring timely and efficient recruitment processes.
- Track key recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management on recruitment performance.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and implement best practices.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Master's degree.
- 1-10 years of experience in technical recruiting (Only candidates with 1-10 years of experience will be considered.
- Applications with higher experience will be rejected.
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring technical talent.
- Experience in event management, including planning, logistics, and execution (even from college fests or cultural events).
- Strong understanding of technical roles and skills.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Expertise in using LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
