Responsibility Deliverables:
- Enhances the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and HR policies, programs, and practices.
- Provide a dedicated and effective HR advisory service to employees covering absence, health issues, grievances, organizational change, and employee relations matters.
- Be the primary backup for payroll processing, including monthly updates to employee files, bonus/incentive pay, vacation/sick pay, expense reimbursements, and benefits changes.
- Assist in the communication, interpretation, and upkeep of the employee handbook, directory, and organizational chart.
- Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources and employment law.
- Attend and participate in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
- Develop and implement employee engagement programs such as recognition and reward programs, surveys, and celebration events.
- Manage employee relations, including addressing employee concerns, conflict resolution, and
coaching managers on HR-related issues.
- Collaborate with department heads to develop and implement programs that support the organization's mission and goals.
- Performance Evaluation & Reviews - Schedule, conduct, evaluate, and communicate performance reviews, bonuses, promotions, and salary hikes through company letterheads and centralized repositories.
- Employee Development Plan - Work with employees to create individual training/development plans based on their role and competence matrix, and execute the plan accordingly.
- At least 4-6 years of experience in human resources. Prior experience as an HR Generalist or in a related position
