About the job:
Job Description - Research Manager
Job Type: Full-Time
Description: Research Manager is the one who is responsible for doing data analysis and ongoing research to curate content, improvise the existing products and launch new products for our customers (MSME Business Owners) and thus contributing to the impact goal of Quantum Leap.
Location: Bangalore or ready to move to Bangalore
Academic qualification: Any Graduate / Post Graduate
Desired Experience: Bachelor's or Post Graduate degree in a relevant field such as Business, Management, Economics, Statistics with 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in research, data analysis, content curation or a related field.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
- Must possess the ability to learn, unlearn & adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Should be able to receive and provide feedback on an ongoing basis.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Research and Content Curation:
- Keeping our target audience i. MSME business owners and the content, products & our other offerings in mind, do research online and offline to collect relevant information.
- Use authentic internal and external sources like MCA, Statista, Success Story Trackers, Operational Data Tracker etc to do the research.
- Curate content (success stories/case studies, articles, videos, updates etc) based on the research to add value to our community and team on an ongoing basis.
- Work closely with the relevant stakeholders from other departments for content design, video shooting, editing and distribution.
New Product Development / Product Updates:
- Attend programs on a regular basis to gauge the value addition to the clients.
- Analyze the client feedback on the programs and come up with changes to enhance value addition.
- Update the videos, templates and samples on the LMS platform on an ongoing basis with an objective of "Simplify to Amplify".
- Based on the analysis of clients data and research on MSMEs, come up with new products which can be offered either as add on with the current offerings or as stand alone products to generate additional revenue.
- Post approval of the new product, work on conceptualisation and development of the product offering.
- Coordinate with the relevant departments to develop the new product / changes required and implement it for the clients within the agreed TAT
