About the job:
JD - Senior HR Recruiter
- The ideal candidate must have prior experience in recruitment and ability to develop recruitment strategies to meet the objectives of the organization.
- This will require Senior Recruiters to be active on social media forums, network with professionals, college campuses or universities and any other creative methods they can conceive of to locate qualified individuals.
- The role will involve identifying, screening, recruiting new job applicants, employee orientations and compensation with opportunity for developing and rening systems.
- As a Senior Human Resources Recruiter, you must easily connect with people and confer with management to assess, and identify stang needs.
- He/She should have a detail-oriented mindset to handle the changing nature of the workforce
Job type: Full time
Location: Bangalore Academic qualification: Bachelor's/ master's degree in human resources
Desired Experience: Minimum 6 years of work experience in HR and Recruitment of managerial roles.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Establishing and managing recruitment and selection processes, conducting and analysing exit interviews and recommending changes.
- Collaborates with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
- Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
- Drafting emails for attracting passive candidates.
- Developing own network of suitable candidates by networking with various institutions and social media.
- Nurture a positive working environment.
- Retain historical recruitment records by designing a ling and retrieval system and keeping past and current records.
- Develop and track goals for the recruiting and hiring process.
- Build strong relationships with external suppliers, fostering trust and promoting collaboration.
- Conduct regular reviews with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
- Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
- Handle confidential matters with discretion.

- Exceptional communication skills, writing skills, interpersonal skills, and ethical mindset.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn recruiter and other hiring portals.
- Interviewing skills for mid to senior level roles Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles.
- Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Experienced with different job portals, applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems.
- Working knowledge of MS Office People oriented and results driven Demonstrable experience with Recruitment metrics Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
