Job Description: Sales Head
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Team Leader to spearhead our Sales efforts in our coaching, edutech, and training company.
This role involves building and leading a high-performance sales team dedicated to engaging with customers who have registered for our initial programs and persuading them to invest in more advanced offerings.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating significant revenue through effective sales strategies and team management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Team Building and Leadership: Build, train, and lead a sales team capable of achieving and exceeding sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques.
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement robust sales strategies and processes that maximize conversion rates from initial program participants to higher-tier programs.
- Process Optimization: Design and refine sales processes, systems, and scripts to optimize efficiency and effectiveness across all sales interactions.
- Performance Management: Monitor team performance, provide regular feed- back, coaching, and training to ensure continuous improvement and achieve- ment of sales targets.
- Revenue Generation: Drive the team to generate revenue by successfully engaging customers and upselling or cross-selling as appropriate.
- Recruitment and Training: Recruit top-tier sales talent and provide them with the training and resources needed to succeed.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports to senior management on sales progress, pipeline, and forecasts.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/ master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in sales, with a significant track record of leading sales teams in a high-stakes environment.
- Demonstrated ability to generate substantial revenue through effective sales techniques.
- Experience in creating and implementing sales strategies, processes, and systems.
- Strong background in recruiting and managing sales personnel, with a focus on achieving exceptional results
