Architect

Role & responsibilities

• Lead and manage the architectural design process, from conceptualization to completion.
• Develop architectural plans, drawings, and specifications.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and project goals.
• Ensure that designs meet all relevant codes, regulations, and quality standards.
• Conduct site visits and supervise construction to ensure compliance with architectural plans.
• Provide technical expertise and design solutions throughout the project life cycle.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
• Prepare and present design proposals and presentations to clients and stakeholders.
• Oversee the preparation of cost estimates and budgets for projects.
• Stay updated with industry trends, new materials, and construction techniques.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Masters degree in Architecture.
• years of experience as an Architect.
• Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino).
• Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and construction practices.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
