3D Visualizer

Job Description:

The 3D visualizer will be responsible for creating 3D models, animations, and renderings for projects in various industries. You can use computer software and hand drawing techniques to create special effects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop creative and functional design concepts based on client requirements, project specifications, and industry trends.
• Choose appropriate materials, colors, lighting, and furniture to align with design concepts.
• Create high-quality 3D models, realistic renderings, and walkthroughs using software like 3ds Max, V-Ray, SketchUp, Lumion, or Blender.
• Prepare 2 D drawings, mood boards, and presentations using relevant tools.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, present design proposals, and incorporate feedback.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends, materials, and technologies in the interior design industry.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Software Proficiency: AutoCAD, 3Ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion (Familiarity with Blender (preferred, but not mandatory).
• Understanding of materials, furniture, lighting, and design principles.
• Ability to think outside the box and bring unique design concepts to life.
• Strong eye for detail, aesthetics, and precision in visualization.
• Excellent verbal and visual communication for presentations and client discussions.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and coordinate with stakeholders.
