Job Description:

1. Ability to read and correctly interpret Architectural Plans
2. Ability to use AutoCAD and convert detailed plans to workable outlines to be used in 3Ds MAX
3. Understanding the project requirements and conceptualizing creative ideas.
4. Ability to accurately develop 3D models of interiors and exteriors
5. Ability to accurately develop 3D models of required furniture and accessories
6. Familiar with handling the Corona Render engine and other required plugin
7. Ability to create textures and materials as per the requirement
8. Good understanding of Lighting techniques and trying to be creative in using them
9. Good understanding of Lighting techniques and trying to be creative in using them
10. Ability to use Photoshop and other post-process software
11. Good knowledge of Interior and Exterior styles and the ability to differentiate them
12. Clear communication and creative problem-solving ability
13. To stay focused for an extended period.
14. To use own initiative for problem-solving
15. Enthusiastic and collaborative team player
16. Have an excellent eye for detail
