3D Artist / 3D Designer

Job Description:

The 3D Artist / 3D Designer will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D models, animations, and visual effects for various projects of virtual/augmented reality experiences. This role requires a combination of artistic vision and technical expertise to produce engaging and realistic designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop 3D models, textures, and animations based on project requirements.
• Collaborate with other designers, artists, and developers to ensure a cohesive visual style.
• Create and maintain 3D assets and libraries.
• Utilize various software tools (e.g., Blender, 3ds Max, JewelCad, Rhino) to create and refine models and animations.
• Ensure all designs meet quality standards and project deadlines.
• Optimize 3D models and assets for performance and compatibility across different platforms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to 3D design and animation.
• Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to incorporate new techniques and tools.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Computer Graphics, Animation, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a 3D Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing 3D modelling and animation skills.
• Proficiency in 3D design softwares like Blender/3ds Max, Substance 3d Painter, After Effects.
• Knowledge of 3d Modeling, Texturing, Rendering, Animation and compositing.
• Understanding of animation principles and rigging.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Good to have a solid understanding of 3d Visualization principles and 3d Interior Designing.
