Senior Interior Site Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Project Management:
• Oversee the implementation of interior designs, ensuring the project timeline and budget are adhered to.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless execution of the design vision.
• Monitor and manage site activities, ensuring the quality of work meets the agreed-upon standards.
• Site Supervision:
• Supervise the on-site construction and installation processes for furniture, finishes, fixtures, and other interior elements.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and design specifications.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the execution phase in a timely manner.
• Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with the design team to interpret design specifications and translate them into actionable tasks.
• Manage a team of site supervisors, contractors, and subcontractors, ensuring clear communication and efficient workflow.
• Vendor & Material Management:
• Ensure the timely procurement of materials and finishes in accordance with the project requirements.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure materials and products meet quality and design standards.
• Budget & Cost Control:
• Assist in preparing and managing project budgets.
• Monitor and control project costs, ensuring that any variances are addressed and resolved promptly.
• Client Communication:
• Maintain clear communication with clients, providing regular project updates and addressing any concerns.
• Ensure client satisfaction with the execution phase of the project.

Preferred candidate profile

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing interior execution projects, with a strong understanding of design implementation and construction processes.
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and interior construction techniques.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and understand design drawings and technical specifications.
• Knowledge of construction safety standards and best practices.
• Proficient in project management software and MS Office Suite.
