Role & responsibilities

MEP Co ordinator - JOB DESCRIPTION

• B.E in Civil or Mechanical minimum 5 years of working in Real estate Field.

• Work experience on Large scale Residential projects like apartments, Villas or Layouts

• Able to understand Design Basis reports by External Consultants and Suggest the

Alternatives for Betterment of the Projects.

• Checking the Service drawings and give appropriate comments .

• Study Consultant Drawings and Give Value additions in terms of concept, materials

and Cost.

• Must be able to understand and coordinate Architectural , Structural, Interior and

Landscape consultants Drawings

• Visiting Sites to check the Compliance and address clashes in services.

• Software Requirements: CAD and Excel.

• Good Team worker.

• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Kannada.
