20-25 years of experience in the Renewable Energy industry

Proven track record of leading and managing commissioning activities for renewable energy projects

Demonstrated experience in performance optimization of renewable energy assets

Strong understanding of renewable energy technologies and industry best practices

Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical / Renewable Energy) or related field

Lead the commissioning and performance optimization activities for renewable energy assets

Develop and implement comprehensive commissioning plans and strategies

Oversee the coordination and collaboration between various internal and external stakeholders during the commissioning process

Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and requirements during the commissioning phase

Optimize asset performance through data analysis, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives

Provide technical expertise and guidance to the commissioning team

Drive innovation and efficiency in commissioning processes and methodologies

Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop mitigation plans for commissioning activities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new renewable energy assets into existing operations
