- Proven track record of leadership in blade plant operations
- Demonstrated success in driving continuous improvement and innovation
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Expertise in implementing best practices for manufacturing processes
- Lead and oversee all aspects of the blade plant operations, including production, quality control, maintenance, and safety
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize plant performance, productivity, and cost efficiency
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and manufacturing processes
- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate new technologies and materials into the blade manufacturing process
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards, and environmental requirements
- Manage and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and operational excellence
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, suppliers, and partners
- Provide leadership in identifying and implementing automation and digitalization solutions for process optimization
- Contribute to the long-term strategic planning and growth initiatives of the renewable energy division
