Job Description

• Liaise and coordinate with Law Enforcement, Revenue Department, Municipal Corporation, Development Authority, Coastal Zone Management Authority, Airport Authority of India, Town & Country Planning Department, Forest Department, State Environment Impact Assessment Authority, Electricity Distribution Company, Traffic Police Department, Fire Department, Pollution Control Board, State Road Development Agency, and Revenue Department
• Proactively engage with government and regulatory bodies to address and resolve issues related to Real Estate development projects
• Advocate for Adani's interests in regulatory and policy discussions, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Stay updated on changes in laws, regulations, and policies that impact Real Estate development, and communicate potential implications to internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and mitigate potential risks
• Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate smooth project approvals and clearances
• Provide guidance and support to internal teams on legal and compliance matters

Experience

• 10+ years of experience in the Real Estate industry or related fields
• Demonstrated track record of successful engagement with multiple government and regulatory bodies
• Proven ability to develop and implement effective strategies to navigate regulatory environments
• Strong understanding of legal and compliance requirements in Real Estate development.
• Thorough understanding of Real Estate laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
• Proficiency in interpreting and analyzing government policies and regulatory frameworks

Education Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture/ Engineering/ Other Disciplines
