Supervisior/Junior Engineer-Process

Purpose/Objective

The Technician- Process will be responsible for providing technical support to all projects, performing root cause analysis, and working to reduce any defects in the manufacturing processes. The role requires a collaborative and innovative mindset to improve existing processes and reduce downtime. The individual must hold a Diploma in Chemical Engineering and have 3-6 years of experience in the manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities of Role

- Provide technical support to all projects within the manufacturing facility - Perform root cause analysis and work to reduce any defects in the manufacturing processes - Develop and provide support to the processes of fabrication and to improve processes that already exist - Monitor all processes with the goal of resolving any issues as efficiently as possible, reducing downtime - Coordinate with the team at all times, maintaining clear and open lines of communication

Technical Competencies

Experience in Preventive and breakdown maintenance,Knowledge in process domain,Experience in trouble shooting,Experience in handling equipements

Qualifications and Experience

- Diploma in Chemical Engineering
