Lead Technology

Purpose/Objective

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Lead- Technology Management with 10-12 years of experience in the Battery Energy Storage Systems industry. The successful candidate will lead a team of product managers responsible for BESS, Cell, and Module & Pack, ensuring the seamless integration and performance of our products.

Key Responsibilities of Role

- Oversee the concept, installation, and commissioning of battery energy storage products - Manage the entire product lifecycle, including sourcing, commissioning, and inspection. 1. Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation - Act as the primary liaison with external stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies, to communicate product specifications and requirements. - Play a key role in the sourcing, commissioning, and inspection of battery energy storage products - Conduct regular quality checks and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations - Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team throughout the product lifecycle - Contribute to the development of innovative and sustainable energy storage solutions - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and efficiency - Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices

Technical Competencies

Expertise in battery energy storage systems, including concept, installation, and commissioning,knowledge of product sourcing, commissioning, and inspection processes,Proficiency in product testing, validation, and performance analysis,familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and quality control practices

Qualifications and Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field - Master's degree in a relevant discipline is preferred
