Experience

12-20 years of experience in the airports industry
Demonstrated track record of successfully leading and delivering airside projects
Proven experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Education Qualification

Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Masters degree in a relevant discipline is preferred.

Certification Required
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP) certification is advantageous.

Roles and Responsibilities
Lead the planning, design, and execution of airside infrastructure projects at Jaipur airport
Provide strategic direction and oversight to the project team, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution, including regulatory authorities, vendors, and contractors
Drive innovation and sustainability in project delivery, leveraging the latest technologies and best practices
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and industry regulations throughout the project lifecycle
Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, and address any issues that may impact project delivery
Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management, highlighting key milestones, challenges, and opportunities
Mentor and develop the project team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement in airside project management
