Manager Airside Civil

Qualification:

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

Experience:

• 10-15 years of experience in civil engineering within the aviation industry.
• Demonstrated track record of successfully leading and delivering airside civil projects.
• Proven experience in managing teams and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

• Lead and oversee the review, design, and construction of airside civil infrastructure projects
• Ensure all the DGCA compliance
• Manage and mentor a team of civil engineers and technicians, providing guidance and support throughout project lifecycles
• Collaborate and Coordinate with stakeholders.
• Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential challenges
• Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation, optimizing efficiency and cost-effectiveness
• Implement best practices for quality control and assurance in civil engineering processes
• Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and innovative construction methodologies
• Analysis of all the reports
• Ensure a strong focus on sustainability, resilience, and long-term asset management in civil infrastructure projects
• OpEx & CapEx projects of airside
• Pavement maintenance of airside
