Job Description
We are looking for a seasoned professional with over 12 years of experience in the real estate sector to lead our Civil Engineering Department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, project management, and a proven track record of successful real estate development projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Civil Engineering Department, ensuring all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Oversee the planning, design, and construction of real estate projects, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Develop and implement innovative engineering solutions to enhance project efficiency and sustainability.
- Prepare and review project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and contracts.
- Mentor and develop junior engineers and staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 12 years of experience in civil engineering, with a significant portion in real estate development.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
Proficiency in engineering software and tools.
Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Experience:
