Job Description
Education Qualification
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or related field
- Masters degree or additional certification in Labor Relations or Industrial Relations is preferred
- Minimum 8-14 years of experience in industrial relations within the Thermal Power industry
- Develop and implement strategies to maintain positive employee relations and promote a collaborative work environment
- Oversee the interpretation and application of labor laws, regulations, and company policies
- Lead negotiations with labor unions and represent the company in collective bargaining processes
- Address employee grievances, disputes, and disciplinary matters in accordance with legal and company guidelines
- Partner with senior management to advise on labor relations issues and provide proactive solutions
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and statutory requirements
- Implement effective communication channels to facilitate dialogue between management and employees
- Conduct regular assessments of employee morale and engagement levels, recommending improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with HR and legal teams to develop and update company policies and procedures related to industrial relations
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of labor-related activities, negotiations, and agreements
