Manager - Compliance

We have an urgent opening at ORRA Fine Jewellery for Manager - Compliance.

Location:-Mumbai

1. Attend and represent ORRA in legal cases at relevant courts.

2. Visit police authorities, labor departments, and other governmental bodies as required.

3. Coordinate with respective stores for notices received and ensure prompt and accurate action.

4. Maintain and monitor the submission of statutory returns, such as the Annual Bonus Return and Maternity Benefit Annual Return.

5. Regularly review and update compliance procedures to align with current laws and regulations.

6. Manage and process queries related to Provident Fund (PF) withdrawal claims for employees.

7. Handle compliances PF, ESIC, PT and S&E Act .

8. Process PF death claims efficiently, providing necessary support to the deceased employees family.

9. Maintain comprehensive records of all legal actions involving the organization.

10. Assist in maintaining data, particularly concerning absconding employees and documenting actions taken.

11. Preparing warning letter, termination letter.

12. Keep detailed records of all communications and responses to notices received from labor departments.

13. Maintain organized records of all compliance-related activities and documents.
