Deputy Manager Land Acquisition

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute land acquisition strategies to meet business objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders.
• Manage public relations efforts to promote company image and reputation.
• Oversee due diligence processes for potential land acquisitions.

Job Requirements :

• 8-15 years of experience in real estate industry, preferably in land acquisition or related field.
• Strong understanding of government liaisoning procedures and regulations.
• Excellent public relations skills with ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
• Proven track record of successfully acquiring lands from various sources.
