Deputy Land Acquisition Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage land acquisition processes from identification to closure, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders for smooth project execution.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of acquired lands into project plans and designs.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential land opportunities that meet client requirements.

Job Requirements :

• 8-13 years of experience in real estate industry, preferably in land acquisition or related field.
• Strong understanding of government liaisoning procedures and regulations.
• Excellent communication skills for effective negotiation with clients, vendors, and authorities.
